Kimberly Sauer

A true vagabond by nature, she is passionate about living adventurously — pursuing causes and projects that conserve and protect culture, wildlife and our planet, empower women, and tell meaningful stories from the 40+ countries that she has found herself in.

 

Derek White

Joseph Gugino

In this episode of PH45 Presents: Indie Film Spotlight, we talk with Photographer and Key Health and Safety Officer, Joseph Gugino.

We discuss how COVID-19 has affected life on set and what the “new normal” looks like.

Joseph shares his experience as a Key Health and Safety Officer on set of NBC's new crime drama television series Dr. Death. He answers some questions you may be wondering about when it comes to social distancing on film sets and what to expect when working on one in 2021.

Alex Hacker

In this episode of PH45 presents: Indie Film Spotlight, we talk with Writer/Director, Alex Hacker.

Alex takes us into the world of script writing and his creative process of crafting stories from thought to paper.

We also discuss his newest short film he wrote and will be directing, PLAY, that chronicles a week in the life of a non-binary sex worker, Syd, who has been contracted to be a live-in domme for their client, Natalie.

Hans Augustave

In this episode of PH45 presents: Indie Film Spotlight, we talk with Hans Augustave.

Hans is a an independent filmmaker from New York, NY who's most recent film, Before I Knew, has gotten wide recognition over the past few months.

We discuss his experience in creating Before I Knew, a visual poem of black youth becoming aware of the racism that exists in America. We also shed some light on the nerve racking process of entering projects into film festivals as an independent filmmaker.

Susan Kehl
